Returns

Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

We only refund the original form of payment for your order.

If your order is damaged in any way, please email Support@IslaMcdonald.shop as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We handle this on a case-by-case basis, but we'll do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order for your cancellation to take effect. If the item has already been shipped, please email Support@IslaMcdonald.shop. All you need to do is send an email with "Cancellation" in the subject line.
